Maurizio worked his magic again tonight and magic it was… The food was superb and the company fantastic. Thanks so much S and S for having us. Sorry we couldn’t stay long cos I’ve got to be up by 5am tomorrow! Next one’s at my place and I’ll be cooking! Il mio amico Maurizio, you’re invited too!

E, it was a simple and elegant meal. The menu as follows:
Starter: Eggplant stuffed with cheese
Mains: Grilled tiger prawns with beef tenderloin or Chicken breast stuffed with spinach and mushroom
Dessert: VN, its called Mary’s Chocolate Souffle, a secret family recipe of Maurizio’s missus heheh. Its absolutely gorgeous and I walloped mine in record time!
Oh, the meal was topped off very nicely with a very nice Margaret River Red called Devil’s Lair. Unfortunately I missed that part cos I had to leave early heheh…
