I’ve forgotten how therapeutic cooking is for me, but was reminded a couple of nights ago when I hosted a small dinner at chez moi. All pics taken by Nia. More at Foodie Tales.

Serve the Frittelle ripiene del gamberetto (Cucur Udang)

While folks are enjoying the antipasti, dress the salad

while getting the Pesci di basilico e di pomodoro (Fish with basil and tomato sauce) out of the oven
